What is AI Security Planner?
AI Security Planner turns declared delivery assumptions into a dependency-aware security roadmap and an executive progress report. Fixed, versioned program catalogs and planning rules make matching inputs produce the same baseline.
What information starts a program?
A plan uses a start date, target date, organization-size band, delivery-capacity assumption, and any high-level foundations already established. It does not request system inventories, evidence, credentials, or internal documents.
How is a roadmap calculated?
The selected catalog supplies effort, priority, lead roles, outcomes, completion conditions, and dependencies. Versioned deterministic rules schedule that work against the chosen capacity. Matching inputs and versions produce the same baseline.
Which programs are available?
Current choices cover ransomware resilience, identity and privileged access, exposure management, artificial-intelligence governance and security, security technology and vendor optimization, and one custom source-backed program. Existing Endpoint Security Consolidation plans remain readable as a legacy compatibility package.
Can roadmap work be changed?
Milestone dates, progress, blockers, decisions, tasks, and nested subtasks can be updated. Generated dates remain available as a resettable baseline, and every saved change reforecasts unfinished work without mutating the catalog.
How can a program be reviewed?
Portfolio compares schedule position, execution progress, blockers, critical paths, and next actions across active programs. Overview shows the selected program's current position and plan basis. Program routes provide List, Kanban, Gantt, PERT, Burndown, and Burnup views of the same saved work.
What does the report contain?
The executive report states forecast status, the one highest-priority item, accountable ownership, consequences, next action, program basis, and the product boundary. A direct exporter creates an editable 16:9 PowerPoint slide.
Where are programs stored?
Editable programs are saved in the signed-in account or a selected organization's account-backed workspace and are available to authorized sessions. Browser-local interface preferences and share revocation keys remain device-specific. A deliberate Share action creates a separate read-only snapshot that expires after 30 days and can be revoked.
How are programs backed up or shared?
Share creates a revocable read-only link and also supports another app, plain text, and Markdown. Export separately provides validated JSON, CSV, Markdown, and PowerPoint. Import is available from New Program and never changes an unrelated program.
Does progress measure security effectiveness?
No. Progress records execution against the planned work. The product does not inspect controls, validate evidence, score posture, certify compliance, or prove that a security outcome is effective.
Does planning use artificial intelligence?
No. AI governance and security are among the programs the product can plan; a model does not create any plan. Planning, forecasting, reporting, import, and export use fixed client-side code and versioned data. The application makes no model request and performs no automated research, classification, or translation.
Which interface languages are available?
English is the currently shipped interface language. Seven additional languages and Arabic right-to-left behavior remain release requirements, so the application does not yet claim multilingual availability.
